Exodus Airsports

After our heat wave we finally get some bad weather so we can catch up with jobs! Finished a wing strip and fitted new sail to my old trike- hopefully test fly it tomorrow

And it flies........ beautifully!

Final inspection completed yesterday with no problems found. Today we have been fitting the spats and Chris Theakstone has done the graphics. Looking Fantastic👍
Now need to send paperwork to the BMAA to get approval to test fly.
In the mean time Paul dropped off our new Nynja kit so we have to do it all over again😩

Just a few days over a year ago we started building our new Nynja. Today we can proudly say it is finished!!! 👍

It works, well the noisy bit anyway! One door to make and wing tips to screw on and then basically finished

Massive progress over the last few weeks. Windscreen and rear windows finished, seats and seat belts in and tail surfaces back on. Really looks like a plane now.

Sorry for not posting for a while. The last few weeks we have been progressing well with the Nynja as you can see. Next jobs are to make the doors and then attach all the fancy bits! Needs to be finished before Christmas because we have just ordered another kit.....

7.5 hours flying into headwind took us all the way to Abbeville in the Somme. Well done guys! Now need beer

We have arrived!!

So Exodus Airsports has today flown with a formation of 9 aircraft ( all ex students) past Paris and Blois to Levroux.
Fantastic 6 hours flying in very bumpy conditions. Tents pitched and ready for a beer! Tomorrow we continue to near Toulouse.

Water and oil system now finished and fuel tanks installed

although I have not posted for a while we have been making progress on the Nynja. Cowlings are now finished so that is the hard bit over- really happy with the result.

All this rubbish weather means no flying but good progress on building Nynja! First wing covered and seats installed

Another busy day yesterday working on the Nynja sees the rear fibre glass fitted- really starting to look like an aeroplane now!
