Went in with my son today to get a young python, never had one before, the staff were great with lots of advice and tips. Son and i left happy and confident we would be fine with the nee addition

Visited the new shop at the weekend and very impressed, already a huge selection of live stock and dried goods. Can't wait to see how its going to improve over the next few months and what will be on offer. I could have stood for ages just looking at the jellyfish tank! The lads are always on hand to give advice and will go out of their way to help also.

This is a great place to visit.The guys are friendly and you can get some good advice. The new place has given Chris the opportunity to show the stock in a fantastic new shop. Lots of healthy looking fish and corals. Also the Reptile section is well stocked and cared for. It is kept in tip top condition.An outdoor section has been added with the new shop for pond fish etc; The jelly fish tank is worth a look at. All together it is a good move for Chris and I wish him and the guys the best of luck..Not that they are going to need it.

The staff are very kind they give you any important information for your animal. All the animals are in excellent condition �

Just been to visit the new shop, as expected it is living up to the reputation of best marine and reptile shop in the north east, massive section for marine fish and a fantastic set of coral display tanks, you can tell how much hard work has been put into the move and as usual a lovely friendly welcome by Chris and Neil

Just been for a nice soft Coral.....could have spent a fortune in there if the missus hadn't dragged me out lol. Great selection of clean up crew. Great staff and advice...i'll be back.

I came in today and walked out with an amazing healthy green arrow such good staff and couldn't fault them at all

First visit here today, fantastic pet shop. Got a new healthy little axolotl, really pleased with him, worth a visit just to see everything they have. Will be back.

First time Iv been in shop since the move, great marine and really good prices and helped me out yesterday with having a pump in stock. Cheers

Could of spent all day just watching all the beautiful fish.... Come away with 12 more tropical fish for my fairly new set up . Many thanks for the advice as well. Will be back soon.

Chris was very helpful and friendly. He def knew what he was talking about. Shipment was dispatched as promised and arrived safely the next day. Very happy with my purchase, thank you. Hopefully use again at some point.

Can not rate this place enuff, staff are grate and extremely helpful, if it wasn't for chris I would of gave up completely on my marine tank, he went out of his way to help me get my tank bk up and running and still keeps in touch to make sure things are going well, if I could give this place 10 stars I would tanks chris, joe and Neil x

Brilliant service. As a first time snake owner, was a bit daunting buying all the right equipment. Let alone making sure we got the right type of snake �� staff were really informative and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing before setting off home with our new addition ... eeeek so happy man ���
