Hi, I'm Anne and I love being able to guide people back into their past lives so they can relive that lifetime in an interesting way and often experiencing their life in great detail. People often book a session because they are simply curious to know if they've had a past life (apparently we've had many) and sometimes it's because they've got something going on in this lifetime such as a fear or a phobia that could possibly stem from a past life.

I am a clinical hypnotherapist and I also help people who find themselves worrying, overthinking, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, perhaps about a specific situation that they can't seem to find a way out of or are struggling to cope with. Using simple and effective techniques and sometimes past life regression I help people to let go of the fears and anxieties that are getting in the way of living the life they want.

I worked for many years in the health and fitness industry, helping people to feel fitter and healthier etc but as the years went by I found myself becoming more and more interested in the psychological side of things. So ten years ago I trained as a clinical hypnotherapist and set up a practice seeing clients for all sorts of issues. After a while though, I found that I was attracting more and more people with anxiety, fears and stress… people worrying and feeling overwhelmed about situations in their life that they needed help with so I decided to specialise in this area.

I offer past life regression sessions in my therapy room in Sheffield and in North Devon and via Skype throughout the UK and beyond.
