Thank you for your patience. I have been working to get all departures up to 30 April rescheduled to future dates. Thank you for your support and patience whilst I try and speak to various operators/airlines to get these sorted. We have to go by the guidance given by the FCO and also the tour operators & airlines. As the travel dates of your bookings become effected I will of course be in contact. As a lot of staff in the industry have been furloughed... it is making it harder and taking longer to get answers to some questions with a lot of operators unable to offer any help with departures more than a few weeks away. There is also people in resort that need to get home. So please bear with me. I will continue to help and do all I can. Stay safe ❤️

Long post but please read & it’s not all about the industry I work in .....
So you’re thinking of cancelling your holiday? You’re scared about what’s around the corner? Let’s take a minute to think about this...
If everyone cancels their holidays where do you think the travel and tourism industry will go? What impact do you think that will have? ... I sat and I thought about how this would affect the UK. So when I go on holiday I get my nails done, my hair done, my eyelashes, eyebrows, waxing and other beauty treatments to make me feel good. I go shopping to get clothes, toiletries, shoes and all the exciting bits to go in my suitcase. I book transport to and from the airport and more often the not a hotel the night before. Kennels for the dog on times family can’t have him. I take out travel insurance to ensure I’m safe and secure whilst abroad and the run up to my getaway. When I’m in the airport I check in with the lovely staff their to greet me. I go through security greeted by those people keeping entry into our country safe. I use more shops and restaurants. I board to be greeted by the friendliest crew waiting to take me to my happy place with an experienced gifted pilot. I land and I do it all again but not in our country, generally somewhere that only survives on tourism.
So can anyone see what points there are here. Cancelling your holidays doesn’t just affect the travel companies it affects so many other large, medium and small businesses too.
This is a temporary thing. A very damaging silent war and we are all in battle together.
Once we have recovered together what’s going to happen? With over 66 million people in the UK all been on some sort of lock down we will want to get away again explore the world, drink cocktails around the pool and experience things we never can in our own country. There will be over hundreds of thousands people that then want to book their getaways again. But how many companies will survive to get you there? Instead of panic buying toilet roll, people will panic buy holidays (I’ve seen it before)
So take a moment before ringing your travel agent who is currently dealing with hundreds/thousands of people ringing to ask if they should still pay their balance, who is self employed, paying back money earnt, working for free hoping they will have a business at the end of it all whilst also trying to support their families. And think. You will want a holiday again. This is temporary. Ask to postpone your getaway not a refund. Don’t argue about the terms and conditions you signed up to with the girl that’s just sat doing her best for you. She is living this war too.
Not only are you supporting the travel industry, you’re supporting everything along the way. Don’t let the virus rule for years to come with the affects it’s having.
Think about that.

Disney & Universal
The Walt Disney Company have made the decision to close ALL of its Theme Parks throughout the world, and stop all sailings on DCL.
California... Parks Closing 14th March • Hotels Closing 16th March
Florida Parks Closing 15th March • Hotels to Remain Open
Paris Parks Closing 16th • Hotels to Remain Open
Disney Cruise Line All sailings cancelled from 14th March until the end of the month.
The Disney Parks in Shanghai, Tokyo and Hong Kong have already been closed for a number of weeks and will remain so at least until the end of the month.

UK Passengers not affected if travelling direct from UK, however it will impact you if you are travelling via Europe. Please keep checking the FCO website. I am trying my best to keep this page updated with relevant information for customers regardless of where they booked, but things are changing rapidly.
