Experts By Experience - Birmingham Changing Futures Together

Experts by Experience are working to support the BCFT project, to shape system change for those with complex needs in the community.

As an Expert by Experience, we are individuals who are experiencing or have experienced multiple needs (At least two of; Homelessness, substance misuse, risk of reoffending and mental health problems).

We have and will be involved in all aspects of this 8 year project. Some of these areas include service redesign, advocating services, quality assessment, service monitoring and commissioning.
