Exploring Grief And Loss

A safe, non-judgmental space where people can explore their feelings around grief and loss. My clients might be grieving (or even anticipating) the death of a loved one, a life-changing medical diagnosis, the end of an important relationship. I support them and encourage them to experiment with different activities and strategies. The goal is for them to find their own way to re-adjust, honour their loss, and stand strong in their life.
