Express Bi-Folding Doors

Unfortunately at this point I cannot give more than 1 star. Ordered door and window both have problems and very slow to resolve.

Highly recommended. No hassel sales process, excellent support through design and installation was great. Doors are excellent quality and value for money. Staff are very proffesional and can't do enough to help.

Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the product. Extremely well made and high quality. The service from Express Bifold doors was excellent. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I could not recommend Express Bifold Doors more highly.

We had used the company a few years ago to have a set of bi folds installed so when the windows at the rear of the house needed replacing we chose to go with Express again even though they were more expensive then the other companies we had quotes from.
I was dealing with a lovely lady Fiona Macdonald from the Romford site. She was excellent to deal with from the start. Extremely friendly and so knowledgeable about the product. She advised me on certain colours and finishes that would match the bi folds while still keeping to our budget.
Fiona was always easy to contact by phone or email. Even out of hours she would reply. Any questions or queries I had she would answer promptly.

We have recommended Express Bi Folds to other people that have seen and admired our windows. Mostly due to the excellent service we received from Fiona. She is an asset to the company and a great person to deal with. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the product and the service we received.
