After trying out one of the big names in the business last year and ending up with 2 disappointing pairs of glasses, I'm really pleased that I went back to an independent outlet. I'm saying this before I even have my new specs! I am so confident however, after the level of service I got, that they will be fine. The team are all cheerful, helpful and competent; the optometrist that carried out the test (a lady called Sonal) was very thorough and explained everything in detail - reassuringly unhurried and professional. It seems a bit odd to describe a visit to the opticians as a pleasant experience...but it really was! Thank you

If like me you've no idea what frames would suit your face do not fear they staff are so knowledgeable that within minutes a frame can be chosen, that not only suits your fsce but is within budget. That said if you fall in love with a frame thst is over your budget please be assured they will do their best to accommodate you so you don't feel the financial strain.
