Eye Kettleby Lakes are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team at our thriving holiday park in Melton Mowbray.
... Applicant must enjoy working in a customer focused role with bar and or waiter/ waitress experience.
Flexible hours, but must be available most weekends. Tearoom opens serving breakfast 8am – 10am and lunch/ afternoon tea 12.00pm – 4.00pm. Bar opens on a seasonal basis with themed events planned throughout year.

Eye Kettleby Lakes Luxury Holiday Park – Guest Services Manager
Eye Kettleby Lakes are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team at our thriving holiday park in Melton Mowbray.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in a customer-focused environment.
... Working alongside the holiday park manager the applicant will ensure guests receive a five star welcome and will supervise the daily operation of our office and reception area.
Reception checks in approximately 500 visitors per week and is the key point of contact for all guest queries and concerns.
This is a varied role and the successful candidate will need to be flexible and cover other daily tasks around the park when necessary.
Duties include: Taking reservations Dealing with guests enquiries Taking payments Answering calls and responding to emails Covering busy services in the tearoom
Good working knowledge of excel and Microsoft word is essential. Design work is carried out using Photoshop and Mail Chimp, training can be provided, but exposure to these tools is preferential.

There are plenty of places to visit in Melton Mowbray and in the local area near to Eye Kettleby Lakes. We have lots of up to date leaflets on activities, walks or places to visit in the local area!

Wow! What a beautiful venue with wonderful staff. A friend and I stayed in the caravan on plot 29. Its a beautiful designed plot with the best toilet and shower facilities you'll ever come across! I was really impressed.

We were fishing for 3 days on the beautiful lakes. It was very tranquil and relaxing.

We will be booking up for a week in May and late summer.

Well done Eye Kettleby. 5 stars just aren't enough for you!

Wow just got of the ship and recived a message Martyn .joe . Craig’s invited Warner Collins and I to a free weekend on the New site here Eye Kettlby lakes . Left the washing and could not get there quick enough for an unexpected surprise weekend for 6 yrs we’ve loved this place home from home x

What an amazingly beautiful clean & quiet site. Wow, just wow. We’ve loved our first stay & will definitely be visiting again soon as it’s right on our doorstep.

The shower/toilet blocks are excellent & the site is just beautiful with stunning views. A hidden gem in the Leicestershire countryside�

What a wonderfully pretty site! Spotless, extremely well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. And dog friendly .... even a dog shower. I challenge anyone to find a better site 5*+++

The best Site we have ever stayed on. Was on the new Southern part. Showers are better than some top hotels. The Site is immaculate. Lovely dog friendly bar with lovely food. Enjoyed the quiz Thursday evening. Walk to Melton Mowbray about 40 mins, nap in reception. Didn’t want to leave. Hope it doesn’t get too difficult to get in again .

Just want to thank the staff at Eye Kettleby Lakes for their fantastic service today. As a vegan, it's can be quite difficult to find food I can eat in smaller, non chain, restaurants however, the staff at EKL's went out of their way today to make sure that there was a variety of options for me to choose from, even running back and forth to the kitchen searching for alternatives. Fantastic service and lovely food.

If your thinking about coming here then do .first class people with first class staff and the amenities omg like the best I've ever been in .food is ace and the hospitality is the best I've ever come across.my self and my wife will definitely be back keep up the good work ******

I think this site was one of the best we have been to the toilet and showers were very clean the people helping on the site were very helpful and the club on the site was great and allowed dogs in as well will definitely be returning

I just love this place!! Perfect weekend...one happy husband fishing to his hearts content...brilliant for me too, relaxed and drank gin! The staff are fab, the club house has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the lodges are fantastic! Thanks for a great stay...see you next year �

Home today after what has been an amazing 4day break. We stayed in cedar lodge and have enjoyed every single second of our stay. I’d like to thank all of your staff for being so welcoming, nothing has been too much trouble they were all so friendly. We will definitely be returning and would recommend Eye Kettleby to all our friends and family!!

Beautifully laid out caravan site with fantastic facilities and a relaxing atmosphere - great flat pitches that feel private in spite of the site size, and very calm even when full. Staff are friendly and informative and the facility blocks are the best I've ever seen! Utterly wonderful, thankyou!

A week spent in Holly lodge with my disabled husband was a peaceful retreat, friendly staff and helpful, we have booked 2 separate weeks for next year which we are looking

forward to, thank you to all staff.

A group of 15 of us came today and had a fab time thank you. Staff were very welcoming and helpful....having sent in a food pre-order, service was brilliant and the surroundings were absolutely stunning.

Wow! What a beautiful venue with wonderful staff. A friend and I stayed in the caravan on plot 29. Its a beautiful designed plot with the best toilet and shower facilities you'll ever come across! I was really impressed.
