Would like to thank Eyes Open for their amazing service by all today!! Thank you for squishing me in due to a dreadful experience at Specsavers! Defiantly be using Eyes open as my regular opticians! Along with the family now too! And also them fixing my prescription as they hadn't done it correctly for my current glasses! I was very happy along with my nan as every single person we saw today was happy and willing to do all, to make sure I had my eye test and got my glasses! not only that but also fitting an elderly lady in due to having the exact same problem at Specsavers () that we did! Thank you very very much everyone at eyes open its much appreciated by myself and my nan! Highly recommend!!!

Went for an eye test this morning 1/11/2017.The service of all the staff there was excellant . I would like to mention James and Claire who were friendly and very helpful.Enjoyed my time in their company.

Took my 3 boys here and the staff were fab, so welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t do enough to make it fun for my boys. Highly recommend as excellent service received & nothing was too much trouble� my boys really enjoyed their first eye test and that’s down to the staff being so lovely � xx

Never pushy for sales. Will help with any issues without hesitation. I went to get my new set of transitions straight for my face. James, who is always very helpful, said he not happy with one of the arms and ordered me a new frame. There very quick and fitted straight away. Great service every time.

Myself and my 3 children have visited here over the last week for eye tests (it’s easier to take the toddler and the older two separate) ... couldn’t recommend them more! Brilliant service for all ages.... definitely won’t be visiting anywhere else for our eye tests �

My mum and I went into Eyes Open last week to look at a second pair of frames for my son, we wanted to see what stock they had, and to narrow the selection down to just a couple of pairs for him to choose from. The young man we saw was extremely helpful, they had a good selection and when we had selected a couple of pairs of frames he offered to put them to one side until the next day when we could take my son in. When we returned the next day they were equally helpful and when the glasses arrived back from having the lenses fitted into them they actually sent them back because they were not happy with the way the lenses had been fitted. I will definitely be going back there and would recommend it to everyone!

Have been taking my family here for the last 4/5 years. Always very helpful and are great with our daughter.

Had heard good things, and also wanted to use an independent too. Wasn't disappointed. Excellent, friendly, professional service. Will be back �

Absolutely excellent service, I have to confess to being the customer from hell, but the team have gone above and beyond the call of duty so I can see, and I have to give a thumbs up for contact lenses, thanks for the arm twist �
