💫 Maria’s son RJ (aged 14) has been working out in Peru 🇵🇪 for the summer helping to build a classroom with his fellow students (and teachers) for a orphanage in Iquitos, 🇵🇪.... the children in Iquitos we are told are so happy, and take pleasure in all they see, they love the new classrooms and love to play and learn... blessed 💫
💫 The experience has been immense - we at EYFS Resources would like to say a huge thank you to the Oakhill Team for their wonderful and selfless ef...forts that they have displayed to make the lives of these orphaned little girls a little bit better.. 💫

🌟 Meet Alex Chadwick - our EYFSR Resources Training and Development Manager. Alex joined the team full time in December last year bringing with her a wealth of experience with a bubbly personality and great sense of humour!!! 🌟
Alex has worked in the care sector for over 15 years and is a fully qualified First Aid and AED Instructor.
Aside from her role as Training and Development Manager she is able to train the following courses:

Alex also holds her adult teaching qualification and is working towards becoming a safeguarding trainer.

💫 Our trainers were out and about across the U.K. today delivering an array of training courses in First Aid...Gemma was training Paediatric First Aid in Altham, whilst Lee was busy undertaking Paediatric First Aid in Ipswich..meanwhile in Edinburgh Peter was delivering Defib training to a chain of private care Homes. 💫
Tomorrow Maria and Gemma are flying off to Belfast to discuss training opportunities - Irish EYFSR Acedmy ‘why not’ ? 🌟

Superb 1-2-1 Safeguarding session with a delegate from a local pre school in Lancashire.
The session allowed us to both look at 3.4,3.5 and 3.6 of the EYfS in detail and identify:

Maria was training a team of delegates from Oakhill Leisure, Whalley, Lancashire in Emergency First Aid at work in Altham, Alex was undertaking a one-on-one in Paediatric First Aid, and Jason Standley was undertaking an open Paediatric First Aid course in the wonderful and historic grounds of Abby Park, Leicester🌞
We also had Peter providing the childminders in the North East with some wonderful Defib training ...
The weather has bee...n fantastic!!!

was a great course and an amazing day. I was dreading getting up this morning to go on a first aid course when the weather was so nice. Not like any other first aid course ive ever been on we did get to enjoy the sunshine after all as the course took place outside even with a bbq and icecream to enjoy. i would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to do a first aid course in the future. i would like to return here on any other courses. maria and gemma were lovely and couldnt do enough for us. x

We have had a great experience working with EYFS resource since starting our child minding business in the last few months. They have saved us money at every turn and we have received first class First Aid training, and gained knowledge we previously did not have about GDPR and the other topics we have used them for. Great service, Great people, Great company. We will be using them over and over in the future. I am sure of it.

Previously attended a safe guarding course, with this company but i have to say i loved paediatric first aid course - really informative and thorough. Maria is professional yet very friendly and full of information. I would more than recommend anyone needing a course in relation to child care not to go anywhere else. Its not every day you go on a first aid course get spoilt with a bbq and ice cream. normally you cant wait to get it over with but today it was fun I would definitely recommend this course. I have had paperwork and training through EYFS Resources, they have been nothing short of brilliant, so professional and the standard of service is amazing. After 17 years in early years this is now my go to place for resources and accurate, up to date information.

I have done various courses now at EYFS and have always found them to be fantastic, lovely setting and great people who make you feel very welcome. I attended one last night 21st May and it was a smaller group and it was nice weather we sat outside and were treated to a BBQ. Brilliant Paediatric first Aid course today in the glorious sunshine ! Been on plenty of dull boring courses in the past and you kind of dread them ....not any more this was fun but i learnt so much more today from Gemmas way of teaching she is brill at what she does ...also thanks to Maria for providing a royal wedding bbq and ice creams for us and for allowing us to practice thrusting on her haha � brill day thanks ladies will highly recommend you to others x

Attended paediatric first aid course today, first time on a course organised by you and it won’t be the last, Maria made us feel so welcome providing plenty of refreshments throughout the day, James the trainer made the course informative and lots of fun,we had lots of laughs , I have attended many first aid courses before and this has to be one of the best, the setting was amazing and so relaxing , will be looking to book on more courses with you , Thankyou for a fun day , will def recommend you to other minders in my area
