Real eye opener. Didn't realise there was so much to it.

Very enjoyable and a good laugh too. The meat we prepped, we kept so the wife was pleased too.



I wasn't very good at tying the knots for the joints though!

Wendy loved her butchery masterclass, and was happy to require only two blue plasters. Whilst I am over the moon that she came home with a freezer full of meat, I am concerned that she has come back with her new skills and a very sharp knife...I cannot sleep!

Tried the curry this weekend , really enjoyed it , will be calling again .

Thanks to F.Doncasters I'm now able to enjoy gluten free sausages and burgers �, there are also some amazing gluten free ready meals as well , this is fantastic for all of the wheat and gluten suffers like my self xx

Just moved to Newark and struck gold straightaway with this wonderful butcher's shop. Fabulous beef, delicious pork and great sausages. Trying a Ruskington chicken this Sunday. Oh, and they sell Hambleton bread too. And they have a window seat made of gorgeous Voyage Oink fabric

I attended a butchery masterclass at Doncaster’s today. Well worth it - excellent instruction, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, delicious breakfast and lunch, and a huge bag of good quality meat to bring home. I think I’m going to need a bigger freezer! Highly recommended.

Great Lads with generations of knowledge, who totally understand the concept of "customer".

Fabulous service and great meat. Love ringing the order through and having it ready to pick up ...Or delivered if I'm busy.

Every piece of meat we've had from F Doncaster has been lovely - last lamb joint was perfectly tender ... but today's review is due to the BBQ'd burgers and sausages at our school's summer fair - great value for money... burgers slightly thicker, not as greasy with just enough seasoning compared to store bought options .... Sausages too were enjoyed by all ages and my children can be easily put off if too much pepper / herbs in a precious snag !! Oh and no sudden shrinkage !!! so pleased we could serve local quality meat without losing out financially --- Thank you guys xx
