Nice hotel if a bit pricey. Rooms and bar service very good. Staff professional and polite. Didn't use the leisure club or restaurant. Would stay again. Business visitor.

We had the overnight, romantic package. The room was amazing and the food in the restaurant is first class. Usage of the spa and gym rooms were excellent.

My family and friends spent the day in the spa as a package to celebrate my 40th birthday. The service was fantastic and all the staff that helped to make the booking right through to performing the treatments were fantastic. The team there are really good. The food was delicious and was available for most of the day including refreshments. We all thoroughly enjoyed our treatments especially the hot stone treatment, that was fantastic. The facilities within the spa are also really good and clean. Will definitely be returning.

Have just had a spa day here with my friend. Lovely clean facilities, complimentary tea, coffee, juices and water all day and grazing bar which never ran out of food. Highly recommend the mud chamber, aqua massage and dry flotation bed. Cant wait for my next visit!

Spa guest for the day. Very welcoming friendly staff. Excellent selection of facilities. Back massage was good, up there with the best I've had. Nice selection of food and plenty of it. Lunch and afternoon tea catered for gluten free excellently. My wife loves the Elemis products. She also liked that you got a free bag in the locker. To make it five star the following would need to be better: Warmer pool More gluten free options for breakfast Better toiletries in the shower Proper coffee rather than from an automatic machine More seating around the pool

Great staff, friendly and welcoming. Food is very good, freshly made and tailored to your needs when necessary. Nice grounds and child friendly

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. Booked the 'Romantic package' which included the room, complementary bottle of champagne and some sweets, 3 course meal, and breakfast (continental available delivered to the room). The rooms were spacious, clean and inviting.

The restaurant was fantastic and the food matched. Staff were very polite and professional, and the manager even walked around during dinner service checking that all the guests were happy.

Drinks were a bit pricey but were too be expected given the service. Coffees were brilliantly made.

Breakfast was brilliantly cooked as expected. Continental and cereals were available in addition to the Full English so there we more than enough food to start your day off.

My girlfriend went and got a 'dry floatation' therapy and thoroughly enjoyed it. Meanwhile I used the gym, sauna and pool and was as pleasantly surprised as I was with the rest of the stay. Clean and professional atmosphere throughout.

Would recommend for anyone - be it for a birthday, anniversary, wedding or anything else. Lovely place!

Had a very relaxing spa day. Sauna, stream rooms pool and lounge all very nice. Good food too. Breakfast and lunch served as part of the day as was a 10 minute session on the aqua massage bed. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Will be going back again.
