We had a new conservatory fitted over 6 years ago - one pane of one sealed unit panel shattered recently and the team wasted no time in coming in to measure the unit and replace it in a very timely fashion. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the product itself and the service we have received from Eamon and the team at Falcon. Great job.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication was excellent. The fitters were efficient, polite, professional, clean & tidy. The windows and doors look stunning & we have received many compliments. I would recommend them in an instant. They are undoubtably the best company around.

I had doors fitted four years ago which I was extremely pleased with. Due to settlement they became difficult to lock. Called Falcon on Friday and they arrived promptly on Tuesday to adjust all the doors. Very happy with the prompt service.

Really pleased with the service we've received from Falcon so far. Sales person John very nice and polite and not pushy at all - we were offered option to repair (through their sister company) to save money but decided to replace most and just repair one. The managing director Mr Sheppard recently came round to measure up for installing the windows and fixed our patio doors for free!
(we were having trouble opening and closing them) Didn't expect them to do this free of charge so couldn't be more pleased. The whole process has been stress free so far. Amy in the office is very helpful too.

Excellent service and performance throughout. Their work is top notch and their staff are courteous and helpful. All my new doors and the conservatory look great. A very few small snagging items were dealt with promptly and without any hassle. I would recommend Falcon Windows to anyone. PS I am a surveyor!

We had a complete windows replacement done by Falcon in 2001. We are talking a lots of windows and since then we have had only two problems which have been sorted after a brief phone call.
In addition we wanted some bespoke coloured glass panels which have proved very successful, one of which is 15feet tall and a major talking point.
Happy to recommend Falcon without hesitation.

I recently went through the process of having my windows, doors and fascias replaced. It was a process I started with great trepidation having had a bad experience with a national company a number of years ago.
After inviting four local companies out to my house, one company stood out from the crowd with their detailed and informative quotation. It was issued with efficiency and professionally presented. It wasn't the cheapest, but the product sample I viewed was of a high quality and seemed to be very good value for money.
I then researched Falcon Windows in more detail. I did find a couple of reviews on the internet that were not too positive, but there seemed to be a lot more positive ones than negative. In my profession prior to retirement I found that you can't please all the people all the time, so I decided to give Falcon Windows the benefit of the doubt and place my order with them. All of their staff seemed very accommodating and friendly which put me at ease.
I then had the pleasure of meeting their Managing Director (I was very impressed to find out that he carries out the companies surveys). He was a very knowledgeable man who offered me honest and impartial advice about my choices and gave me more confidence that I had made the right choice.
I then received a phone call booking in dates with me for the installation. Subsequently to this, I received a letter confirming dates, times and the finer details.
On the first day of the installation, I knew I was justified in selecting Falcon Windows to carry out the project. The Installers were very experienced men who clearly took great pride in their work and kept my home tidy for the duration of the week that they were working. I was very impressed that they put dust sheets down throughout my home and vacuumed all dust every evening.
Just as the installation was coming towards the end the Senior Installer informed me that he had found a crack on a door panel. My initial fears should not have been as by the end of the following week, they called back and put in a replacement.
My home is now so much warmer and I have noticed a significant difference on my heating bill in the first quarter since the installation. The windows have a very attractive appearance and I am getting many compliments from neighbours. The quality of workmanship is excellent and I have great confidence that the windows and doors will out live me!
I will have no hesitation recommending Falcon Windows to all family, friends and colleagues who are considering having any home improvement work carried out. I am glad that I kept an open mind when making my decision and believe that I picked the best company/ product in the area.
