FOR CUSTOMER ATTENTION:
This message is for the purpose of no one person, but this has to be said.
Since stating that I do not have time to reply to individual customer messages to let them know what is going on with their orders, I have had 4 different messages and that's without Etsys constant pinging.
... I am currently operating hot and heavy machinery against my medical professional's strong advice, with a very painful trapped nerve in my back. I'm not working slower and I don't care, but people need to appreciate that if I stop to reply to every message then it slows me down and I cannot keep the promises that I have made. I know and I truly understand that you may think it's one message, how can it hurt, but there's dozens of other people thinking the same thing.
I am still working within my terms and conditions time frame, I have promised that I will have orders sent out well in time for Christmas and I intend on keeping it.
I have never let a customer down, I value you all too much.
Please understand that I will get there, all printing that needs no designing takes preseidence over design work. I will be designing all over the weekend and printing those orders Monday and posting them out the same day.
If you have ordered something that you haven't seen already designed, then it means your order needs me to sit down and design it, I will not be rushing them, you have paid for something unique and special, you will receive them AND in time for Christmas. Xx

I shall be quiet today,very quiet. I will be challenging myself to finish all of my orders outstanding, ready for any last minute panic buying.
As of Tuesday I will not be taken on any orders for stock that I don't have in, as it will not get to you in time.

I cannot count the amount of people asking where their orders are right now.
I'm so sorry for not replying to everyone individually, but I won't get anything done if I do that.
I'm literally working all day every day into the evenings, your orders will be done and posted in the next few days.
... It's looking like I may be able to get all orders done by the end of tomorrow, but there are some that require designing.
For now, I am not working, I am drinking gin and feeling sorry for myself lol xx

With not even 2 weeks until Christmas, we haven't even started to celebrate yet. We have our tree up, but I've been working ridiculously hard to make sure all of the orders in are received for Christmas.
Today I woke up and thought that there must be more to life than this EVERY day, so I booked tickets to the cinema and picked the kids up from school to surprise them.
... Now our Christmas has started and I'm so excited, surrounded by my babies that love me (I'm their BFF don't cha know?)
A very bad year is starting to look really good! It's time to celebrate...

I was horrendously bullied as a child, relentlessly. My daughter with special needs has also been relentlessly bullied through her little life, bullying is not acceptable.
I agree with this, I agree that it's healthy parenting, bad parenting would be not driving behind them!
I commend these men for helping to make school safer for our children, what are your thoughts on this?

It's fast approaching and I can't wait to finish up for Christmas and spend time with the ones I love.

Laura designed and printed some personalised Christmas items for me, which I've picked up today. They're even better than I expected! Laura really listened to what I wanted and came up with some great designs. The whole process from start to finish has been great and I'm already planning what I can get her to print next!! I am delighted with Lenny, he is adorable. Very detailed work. Only had a hot chocolate in my cup as only arrived yesterday, it with stood the microwave well, the handle didnt get hot. (Either a 900 or 1000w mocrowave) in the dishwasher for later. I highly recommend buying from Laura. Such a lovely lady. I know where i'll be doing my christmas shopping, with the cheeky shop between now and then!

Have always been looking for one of these cups where you can put a custom photo in. Got it for the mothers birthday gift. Once she poured hot tea in the cup, she just started smiling. She was so happy, her day has been made. Thank you so much fallen angel gallery! She couldn't be more happy :)

Been meaning to write a well deserved review for ages. I gave Laura a photo of my other halfs father who passed away a few years ago and she was able to produce a lovely coaster keepsake for me to give him as a Christmas present.
