About Falmouth Skatepark Project
The Famouth Skatepark Project is a committee based group driven by the need for a new skatepark in Falmouth. We have been working hard on this for many years and have finally secured planning permission for a new park to be built at the Dracaena Centre.
Falmouth Skatepark Project Description
The current skatepark in Falmouth is very worn down and out of date and has had many repairs in recent years. It will soon reach a condition where it will no longer be safe to use and will have to be removed altogether.
The Falmouth Skatepark Committee was formed in 2010 to make sure that Falmouth has a usable skatepark for local people. We are currently working on replacing the current skatepark with a new more accessible facility which will reflect the needs of the local community.
