Military style fitness classes that are fun for everyone and affordable so the whole family can take part without breaking the bank. We do adults classes outdoors with Military instructors that will push you to train hard and get fit but at the same time ensuring your having fun. We also have childrens classes that are indoors in the winter and are great to promote your childrens fitness and give them more confidence whilst also freeing up your time so you can train or take some time for yourself if you want.
