Visited back before the venture into the bigger place. Dave was really friendly to chat to. A great shop and I long to visit the new gaff.

The new shop just looks fantastic. The old Fanboy 3 did the best with the space it had, but now the experience has been upgraded in every conceivable way. Friendly staff and a nice clean space to hang out in. The little touches- like vending machines full of booster packs- are a really nice thing.

Superb hobby shop. If you like anything gaming related this is the place for you. I buy my board games here to support a great place for like minded people to hang out and meet others.

Phenomenal store and a massive, massive inspiration, which is perhaps the greatest complement I can give as one game store owner to another. Well done folks and keep up the fantastic work of making me envious! (y)

My teenage son is in his element at FB3, so glad we found you. The D&D Beginners sessions are brilliant, pitched just right for all ages. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. The store is well set out, well stocked and they have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Love it!!

Manged my first visit on Easter Sunday and was surprised to see it was quite busy given this was a holiday weekend. The layout of the store is open, light and airy with a great breadth of stock for boardgamers and miniatures gamers. I believe there's a fair bit of RPG stuff too. The staff are genuinely friendly and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Scott and Heidi both helped my wife and I enormously as we were there to pick out some birthday pressies for me! The young lady who was working the cafe side of things was so lovely (and makes a great latte!) and everyone really seemed to take the time to chat and help out with choices and suggestions. It was great to see a couple of guys playing wild west exodus too. There was a group of D&D players who were having a blast but the store is large enough that even with quite a lot of people the noise level was never a problem even for my 15 year old son who is autistic and sensitive to these things. Although I live in Leeds FB3 is such a welcoming and relaxed/relaxing store the trip over to Manchester is well worth it, I think I have found my new favourite gaming store and hopefully we'll be back again next week (for my actual birthday this time) and we're planning to stay longer and actually play some games this time.



Thank you to Dave, Scott,Heidi and all of the staff you make the store what it is and the enthusiasm and friendly atmosphere is contagious.

It's great and you should go. If you were put off by the old shop for any reason this is an incomparable experience in every way other than it is still a shop full of games. There is a café spot. There is air con. It's bigger and better, brighter and more relaxed. And the things you liked are all still there, there's just more of them. Stop in and say hi!

I was visiting Manchester for the weekend until we stumbled upon your shop, it was an absolute heaven for board and card game players, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Would definitely travel all the way from London for some D&D night!

Had our son's 11th birthday today, and Heidi and the team couldn't have been better for him and his friends. The whole world of boardgames is alien to me, and I didn't have a clue what to ask for or what to expect - but the guys were absolutely buzzing after the Dungeons and Dragons game. Heidi - you have such enthusiasm, not to mention the patience of a saint!

Great new building, loads of space and an excellent environment for any kind of gamer. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and I can't think of a bad word to say about the place.

Great couple of hours spent with my two children yesterday lunch time, staff were very helpful, it being our first visit. As we're a couple of the regulars, who played a couple games of Yu Gi Ho with my kids. Fantastic . Great place, we will be back! Thanks.

Fast becoming my second home. The shop itself is fantastic: spacious with a huge variety of board games, card games and RPG books/accessories. The staff are absolutely lovely and always make a huge effort to deliver great customer service. I go to FB3 for the Dungeons and Dragons events and everyone I've met there is great! There is a lot of space for tabletop gaming and the downstairs area even has air con! There's also a lovely cafe in-store that does mean chai lattes! This is a FLGS that is truly friendly!

Fantastic shop. Well stocked and the staff are very helpful and always happy to talk about any aspect of gaming (Or anything else for that matter). On several occasions the staff have gone anove and beyond the call of duty to help me out.

I was completely new to table top and minatures gaming and FB3 have made the process of learning easy.

Brilliant venue for all your gaming needs. Lovely staff, great atmosphere AND they serve coffee! What more could you ask?!
