We heard so many good things about fancy frox that we decided to go there when prom dress shopping for my daughter. Purchased my wedding dress here, can't remember the ladies name who helped me but she was very honest with the dresses I tried on and helped me to find the best one for me which I am really grateful for. Our experience was AMAZING the treatment we had from the team at Fancy Frox was first class they treated us with so much respect! I tried on a lot of wedding dresses and appreciated the teams honest opinions.I fell in love with my dress and nothing was to much for them, They kept me updated and was there right till the day for support! My Husband and his grooms party got all there suits from here and that treatment was just the same AMAZING taking last minute measurements just a week before our wedding to be sure that they all fit great! It is very rare I post a review . I ordered a dress which was to arrive one week prior to a family wedding. I rang to check it had arrived so that I could collect it the following day and was told the dress was not in store, but was informed that they would look into it to locate where the dress was. I was then contacted the following day by Danny (proprietor) who explained that the company they order from had not followed through on the order and my dress was still in America. He assured me that he had let rip at the supplier and expected them to deliver this dress. Concerned that my dress would not arrive Danny opens his shop on a Sunday for me to pop down and see if there is anything else I liked as a back up just in case. I got a call on Thursday a.m. to say the dress had arrived. (We were travelling to the venue on Friday) Danny once again opened up the shop and got his seamstress in just in case any alterations were needed. Having tried the dress on some alterations were required. We went and had a coffee and approximately 90 minutes later popped back to find the dress amazingly altered and pressed by their seamstress. I was then informed by Danny that the alterations were on him and the payment for the remainder of the dress was being forfeited by the supplier. Any business can offer good service, the mark of an exceptional business is how they act when things do not go to plan, especially when things are out of their control. On this I cannot fault Danny and his team and would highly recommend anyone to use them and their customer service to me was impeccable. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful time into ultimately a pleasant experience.

I cannot thank them enough for everything. Everytime I walked in they knew exactly who I was, made sure all the suits were spot on and even rush ordered one suit when it didnвҖҷt fit a week before the wedding. They even stored my dress for 2 years after we had to move the wedding back. If you need a friendly service to help make your wedding planning less stress free this is the place to go.
