where do I start, what a fab shop this is 1st class service, wonderful staff very pleasant, helpfully go out of their way to help.

this is my second visit my first was when poor little Ian Bell lost his life in that river, my sister and I called for balloons to set free, I don't know the lovely man's name but he said as they were for Ian there is no charge, how many people would do that? Thank you for the best service I have ever received in any shop.

Went to this shop last week for some balloons for my sons 7th birthday, the gentleman that served me could not have been more polite or helpful and my little boy loved the balloons, they made his day thank you so much �

We ordered one of the packages for my son's 18th Birthday,from first contact to collection fantastic service. Everyone in the venue commented on how impressive they looked and how they added that finishing touch. xx

Ordered balloon through Facebook, paid for them very easily in the shop, advised on colours and what would work best. They tailored the celebration package to me and delivered to the venue. When they came I was setting other things up and the lovely lady helped me move things and provided her opinion. Lovely service and went the extra mile, would definitely recommend them and use them again!! Thank you very much my Mam had a lovely party!! ��

Ordered a birthday package and had to pick it up on Saturday but my car was too small so rather than make a few trips they followed me with them in their van which I really appreciated. Very good customer service. Price was really good and I was so happy with the balloons. Would highly recommend for any occasion.

My daughter absolutely loved her big deluxe number 8 balloon. Purchased it on the 27th April and it's still going strong now. Deffinatly worth the money and will keep coming back here for any party stuff I need in the future
