I know a great thing when I see one! Parveen Ashraf - you're the epitome of resilience and perseverance! When I first featured you two years ago, you "dropped in" at our offices for a "quick hello and thank you" (which rolled over two hours), we giggled and chatted as if we'd known each other all our lives, I knew then as you unfolded your passion for cookery that you were going to make it big! It's a pleasure knowing you my darling but the only problem is you just make me very, very hungry on Sunday mornings with #ParveensIndianKitchen at 10am on ITV!!! 🙃😍
