Great birthday party all organised easily via their website. Called to confirm prior to day of party and all safety measures were put in place with recent Covid regulations. Face painting couldn't go ahead unfortunately but the lady surprised my daughter with a bespoke birthday bag hand painted and filled with treats. Would definitely use their services again

Cant rate Fantasy castles enough, they came to do my little girls 1st birthday party last year.and I'll be booking them again for her birthday this year. Highly professional, super clean equipment, Amazing staff and without a doubt affordable x

Absolutely appalling service from this company. The guy who dropped off the bouncy castle we hired for my daughters 7th birthday was so rude. The bouncy castle had three pegs holding it down and all he would talk about is how his electrical company was doing? Never use this company again!
