gorgeous food. great staff decided on a sharing platter each for our main meal...could have easily shared one it was huge

Relaxed yet fun atmosphere - came to refuel at lunchtime on a Sunday. Just had sandwiches and a cheeky drink! Kid friendly - staff friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and great value too!!!!

I'm glad I visited here before reading some of the reviews, but I usually like to see for myself and make my own mind up. We called in for a late lunch on a Monday afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food very good. We ordered burger and chips, the burgers were thick and jiucy, perfectly cooked. The chips were crisp, hot and freshly fried. Will definitely visit again.

I called in for a break during a shopping break, as it was a warm sunny day I decided to try an Amstel it was a nice clean tasting cold beer. The bar staff were on the ball and polite just as I expected

Great music and great place

Brilliant night out dancing Salsa and Bachatta with absolutely banging music! We even stayed on and had something to eat. A great night out!

Great b1 get 1 free cocktails on a Friday afternoon, had tapas as well ,food and staff were great , got a bit noisy after 8 but its a bar in town ,what do you expect , would go again when I next visit. �

Called in for quick drink and lunch with the family fish chips and mushy peas, I say chips!!!! not many and they tasted like they were from the day before, and re fried and dregs from the bag, not many full chips just bits otherwise ok

The barman who worked Sunday evening 12th of November wasn't very professional at his job , I asked for a j20 and he offered a watered fruit drink in a bottle that was very disappointing because they don't sell them. 2nd time I went to the bar he really wasn't interested in giving me my full attention rather speaking to people who we're around in the pub than serving me!I ordered a orange juice and lemonade and there was more lemonade than any taste of orange so I suggested to him he poured out some of drink and he just let out a small amount which didn't make any difference. Not a very good experience I suggest that he has some retraining.

Had the whole of upstairs to ourselves!! Great menu, we had Ciabatta and club sandwich, lovely, waitress could have been a bit cheerier but guy we asked about tables upstairs was spot on. Great wine, glasses needed a polish but would go agsin

Visited on a Friday night. The sign outside stated 2 drinks for £8 including prosecco and gin. When asking at the bar. the bar maid didn't know and the manager said the offer wasn't valid. I pointed out that the sign outside was false advertising to the manager who then removed the sign. Staff need to be further trained and management should be more observant and communicate better with staff. Very unlikely to visit again.

The burgers were great but waited an age for then and didn't know it was food ordering at bar so waited for waitress until we realized, would have been good if the bar person had told us when we bought our drinks before we sat down

It was okay, friendly bar staff and a busy Friday evening pre gig as not far from the motopoint arena. We found a table but lost it quickly when went to order food at the bar so had to settle for a small table by the door of the kitchen which lookedreally busy, not the best spot! Ordered from the reasonable priced 2 for £9 menu so didn’t expect too much, good job as what we got was pretty dry and just looked messy chucked together quickly, as though it was too busy and no one cared which is a shame as it’s a nice bar with a lot of local competition! Will be visiting again in a few weeks for another gig, would call in again for a drink, probably not choose to eat here again though........

Wouldn’t even give it one star. Food was terrible, management were grossly rude and bouncers were overly aggressive and angry.

Watched a bouncer get in a girls face and was very intimidating on Wednesday! He did not deal with that situation very well at all, he was even aggressive towards his college who tried to pull him away from the girl! Not okay at all, will not be going back in there again as I would not feel safe in the bouncers hands If a situation was to kick of.

Waited ages for our food, when it arrived it was not worth the money. I had fish, chips and mushy peas, the portion of mushy peas was basically one tea spoon and the fish was tasteless, and cold. Sisters fork she was given was dirty and the glasses were so dirty we decided to drink through a straw. Not be going again

Paid more than spoons to go here for what essentially was warm(ish) cat food. Spoons is over the road. Go there instead.

First time for me & to say my sister & I was. Disappointed is an understatement, I ordered BBQ BURNT ENDS SANDWICH 3 tiny pieces on an over toasted roll served in a metal dish , sister had the chicken avacardo & bacon club sandwich the bacon was under cooked. The fries were cold & hard left over from the day before I think & the tea pot was filthy, I'm not an over picky person but this was awful, shall not be visiting again
