Lots of shops you can get most things you need here. Lots of food places too 👍. Always kept fairly clean as best as can be expected in a busy town. Tend to find someone performing music most days along the high street which is lovely. Low points .... a lot of closed shops, to many cheap pound shops or charity shops needs a balance. Smokers also lingering outside the enterences of the mall can be pretty unpleasant to walk though especially if your pregnant or don't smoke yourself, it's not all the time but enough to mention.

It hard to say at this time of year its very busy in the shopping centre they have easy to understandable maps of the stores also offers posted on the areas of entrance doors also there are many security guards to help you its a good clean centre
With stalls apart from the shops i find it very welcoming

The best thing is being inside which is better than Whitley, like most shopping malls its suffers from a lack of shops in places. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's being improved with better lighting and decor.

Great visit today. Found everything i wanted and going on the bus meant no worry about parking! Be aware pickpockets are operating around town we didnt see any but got told they had struck in a lot of areas! Sray safe and aware!

Shops closing down and remaining empty, plenty of parking with high fees. Over zealous parking attendants working for a money grabbing council. Yet Whiteley is free parking to encourage shoppers. Fareham could do with help before it ends up like Gosport or Commercial Road.

Most of the business premises cannot afford the rates and close down. Some good shops worthy of a large town but so many closed units. In the main West Street there are so many charity shops, pizza shops and takeaways, and coffee shops springing up everywhere.

I liked it. Amazing variety of shops in the with little effort to get round. Not as brash and hard commercial feel as Portsmouth centre. A local feel with all the main stores plus fruit market and colourful local characters. It still has a soul to it!

Dated, sterile shopping centre built in two phases between 1975 and 1981, the centre contains many well known retailers and is quite large for a town of this size. The shopping centre is part of a wider scheme of buildings in the town centre that were constructed around the same time.

Seems very dated. Needs to be updated. Good bits are the layout and that it's in the centre of Fareham. Parking was easy and accessible. Shame town centre is nearly always gridlocked.

User

Few empty shops but centre is clean and has three refreshment areas. Has several well known shops. Is all on one level and sufficient parking is available.

User

Great place to shop. Lots of shops and cafes. Loads of parking spaces

User

Just a bog standard shopping centre and all that entails. The usual shops but clean and tidy. Good public library.

User

Good atmosphere esp on market days. Most major shops are represented Inc Debenhams and Marks and Spencer. Usually one or two musicians including trumpet player who is so awful that he adds his own charm.
