On Friday 12 July, Members of Wildcard Strength & Conditioning, a CrossFit gym based at FarGo Village, will take part in The Longest Day. From 6pm Friday to 6pm Saturday, Wildcard Athletes will complete a gruelling workout every hour, on the hour, for 24 hours to raise money for The Not Forgotten Association.
