Farnham Heath End School

My eldest has recently finished at Heath End with an impressive collection of gcse's. Many thanks to the staff for helping her achieve her potential. Another daughter is in year 7 and has settled well after a smooth transition from primary school and my year 10 daughter is thriving and enjoying her time at Farnham Heath End.

My year 8 daughter is enjoying school, she is doing well, she finds the amount of homework ok, loves the café canteen system, and appreciates the reward system for good work. I am pleased with her education in all aspects.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with your students' organisation of the William Cobbett Primary sports today. They had obviously put in a lot of work and demonstrated the different activities well for the little ones so that everything smoothly.

When I went to the school for a open evening it looked really nice and the head masters speech was very impressive and said that no one gets left behind and the teachers are there to help the children well this is not the case my son started there last year and he's had trouble in working in class and he is slow and can't keep up with the reading and writing with the other kids so we had a meeting with the teacher and head of year and they said they would give him all the help they can and yet I have not witnessed any help at all and his school report is really bad we have loads of emails saying how they are going to help and what they going to do with his schooling but nothing so it's been all false promises and my son is left behind he is very shy and won't ask for help even when the teachers in his maths class made him look silly and embarrassed him in front of all the children now is that teaching I don't recommend the school
