Tuesday wrote Mr Kipling ......is rice krispie fun the cakes were decorated and so was the floor !lots of chatter and a good time was had ..

HAPPY FATHERS DAY ! A lovely afternoon spent with residents and their families ......Coffee Cake and a Quiz we might not be up to The Chase standard but we had soooo much fun ....room 108 won the raffle .

BIG Thankyou to all who donated to Alzheimer's Society Cupcake Day we raised £88.00 and ate some incredible cakes ...win win .

A fabulous morning spent at Media City watching Countdown being filmed with two of our lovely Residents.Pat and Debbie looked well chilled when Nick Hewer popped over to chat to them .....Martin Lewis was in dictionary corner and Rachel Riley was well Rachel Riley ....super trip happy days !

Celebrating National Bee Day ....Residents assembled our unique bee tree .

Gary Alexander joined us for an afternoon of song . Residents enjoyed a toe tapping walk down memory lane with songs from the 1940s and 1950s .

Last weeks visit from Grosvenor Nursery Was just lovely .....the Residents thoroughly enjoyed planting with the small people...lots of smiles ,laughs and joy really. Geoff has taken on the responsibility of looking after our seeds until the children return 😬.

National Odd Sock Day Residents celebrated by crafting from our odd sock basket...reuse ...recycle ever thrifty !

With a little help from our friends at st Peter's primary look how creative we've been . We love our visits from them full of fun and laughter .

Thanks to all families who supported Chocolate Bingo on Saturday. Your kind donations and attendance at the event raised £160 .Congrats to Val on Residential who won the raffle .

One of our resident put on ‘the wishing line’ that she would like to go and watch Manchester United play a match and watch it from a box. Well her wish has been granted and tomorrow she will be going with her son to the ground to watch the match from a box. Just making wishes come true 😊

Wednesdays Beer Tasting session . Residents were treated to a cultural after noon of beer and ale sampling ....weve decided fruit cider is the way forward !

Chelsea flower show will be taking tips from us after Monday's gardening session. Thanks to the guys from BackUp Northwest our garden is ready for spring...working alongside our residents we now have a garden to be proud of .
