I had a piano moved from an awkward first floor flat to another property. I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received. Trish in the office was very helpful and informative. The guys on the day arrived early and were very professional and efficient.

We were impressed from the very start - from the first survey visit Dan was extremely professional, well prepared, polite and respectful of our particular requirements and wishes.
Communication throughout was quick and efficient - including regular updates throughout the multi-day trans-continental journey.
The loading process was handled with great efficiency and professionalism, with special care paid to numerous awkward, large and delicate items by the whole team. Dan and Ian then worked really hard to deliver a successful journey and unload at the destination.

Heard about Farrant Removals from a friend and they did not disappoint, great professional and friendly service. They where by far the cheapest out of the 4 companys I had quotes from, which usually means your sacrificing service, not in this case. From start to finish they couldn't do enough. Family run business offering removal, logistics and storage solutions. They are handily located in the Folkestone business park, just off the motorway. Dan is really friendly and is willing to quote around normal business to suit your requirements.

Friendly & efficient service, despite raining on our removal day, the staff were very conscientious and careful with packing, avoiding our items getting wet.
