URGENT PATIENT INFORMATION Farrow Medical Centre has a fault on our main line telephone. BT have been trying to resolve the problem since Friday a.m. without success and are returning tomorrow (Monday). Until the fault is fixed Patients ringing the main number will be diverted to out of hours cover for details to be taken of the problem.... Existing appointments are not affected. If you need to see a GP we have our usual 'Open Access' session between 8-10am. If you need general advice & can get to the suegery our reception staff will be happy to help. We sincerely apologise for this disruption to service but we are totally dependent on BT finding/fixing the fault.
