For over 20 years I have worked closely with my customers to design bespoke cakes for their very special occasions. Over the years I have developed a high level of skill in my teaching that has empowered my students to become more confident, not only in cake decorating, but also in achieving personal success. My skill at designing bespoke cakes lead to the production of a cake for P& O Ferries to launch
"the Pride Of Hull".
