Very good course with a very knowledgeable trainer terry, he was very friendly and interacted with the whole group. Would recommend this to other people to do this course.

Trainer was tom parry, very friendly, interactive, all information was giving out at a good pace and not piled on. Got everyone involved in answering and explaining. Used drawings to help. Very good will use again.

The whole 2 days were very enjoyable and everything was as explained in lots of details by Tom and made learning fun at the same time.

Thanks to Tom top bloke very good at explaining things and getting them to sink in

Great staff, And 2nd PTS recert went with confidence due to the ability of the trainers are very clear informal and helpful towards helping you refresh before exams and attend to each individuals needs regarding how they absorbed information. I observed this in Tom the trainer who showed great teaching skills and mindfulness to those who wernt so experienced. ( Not myself) But enjoyed watching and taking part as a group.

Great atmosphere and very good instructor! Teach very well. Location is clean tidy and very respectable!
