Best shop ever! Super friendly staff

I was surprised on the sizes and amazed I fitted into a pair of size 14 dungarees! A lovely welcome and amazing service, credit to Fatface

I find all the staff apart from one very helpful and accommodating. Every time I have been served by one particular girl she has never smiled or been welcoming in any way. I find her manner bordering on offhand. Such a shame in an otherwise lovely store. Has really put me off going there

Placed order online for delivery to store, decided to pop in on the off chance chap that served me was very helpful and had a look through the delivery and found my order, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, love this store and the clothing range

Excellent customer service - I had reserved an item in the sales only to find when I got there they could not find the jacket. The store manager could not have been more helpful he found one at another store and even hand delivered it to my home. That's going the extra mile thank you.
