A very insightful BBC program about living a lifetime with depression highlighting #mentwlhealthawarenessweek. Do have a watch.
Online therapy for those traumatised by the final season of Game of Thrones, whether its coping with the loss of something that was large part of a fan's life or triggering painful memories of traumas past, being aware of your mental health needs is crucial for people who may be struggling with anxiety, depression or PTSD.
Many of us believe our anxiety comes out of the blue. It just feels so random and sudden—startling us like the siren of a smoke alarm, or a squirrel jumping out of the bushes.https://psychcentral.com/…/when- your-anxiety-doesnt-have-a…/
The truth about sex... In a sex positive age, why are people having less sex then before? A very good piece.

What a lovely story to share about #mentalhealth during #mentalhealthawarenessweek This guy has invited people to his farm to talk about their metal health challenges. #greatidea https://buff.ly/2E0asm7
The key is resolving arguments without resentment, modelling to children that conflict can be resolved despite disagreemens between two adults who are different but love and respect each other. This in no way condones circular toxic arguments or any form of abuse, physical or emotional. 'https://www.wsj.com/…/the-right-w ays-to-argue-in-front-of-y…
Dire need for such narratives to be challenged. The need for therapy has nothing to do with not having friends. When people struggle with mental health issues they often feel ashamed of telling the people closest to them. Therapy provides a channel for people to be open and honest about their difficult experiences without worrying about the impact on the person they are sharing painful things with. A therapist creates a safe space for these feelings to be expressed and help people heal without judgement or bias. Therapy is not replacing family or friends it's a scaffolding that sufferers need badly to cope with trauma. Please educate yourself before making statements that perpetuate damaging stereotypes.

Angry? Want to let off steam? Try a rage club. We give anger a bad name, but without anger there would be no human rights or women's right to vote..

This is parenting gold, one of the most important skills a parent needs to pass on to children is the ability to empathise with other people's experience.
If couple therapy needed an endorsement then here is a great one. Https://www.oprahmag.com/…/pink-husband -carey-hart-couples…/
Stonewalling your spouse, in other words giving them the silent treatment can be a form of punishment and other times an attempt to avoid the same argument over and over again. Have a read ....https://www.abc.net.au/…/dealing-wi th-the-silent-t…/10959724
