Visited tonight for the first time. There was 6 of us for my partners 40th Birthday. Management and staff made a fuss of us all. Came out at the end with a complimentary desert and tambourines to sing Happy Birthday. The service is outstanding. The food is amazing. My partners mum likes her meat well done, that wasn't a problem as staff brought her food put well done. She loved it. The best restaurant I visited in a very long time. Drinks aren't overpriced either and there was entertainment a lovely singer and guitarist. Very good vibes. Thank you for an amazing night.

This place is amazing, I have been to their old premises that was in Wakefield and it was amazing, just visited their new premises in Barnsley and wow it's got even more amazing and fantastic. The food is to die for and a large variety in choice as well.

And this place is made very friendly and welcoming by all the staff but especially by the owner Junior extremely friendly always happy and very welcoming. Feel so welcome everytime I've visited.



I can't recommend favela highly enough. 5* without a doubt, I'd give 6 stars if it was possible.

Our first visit today & we loved it, very pleasant staff, was greeted with a smile, Beth looked after us & explained how everything worked. Fantastic salad bar, brilliant serving staff & beautiful meat that just kept on coming! My youngest child can be quite a fussy eater so I normally worry about taking her to restaurants as she doesnt eat anything...she filled her plate here & absolutely loved it! Our family came out of Favela very happy & very full! Thanks guys..keep up the great work x

Made our first visit here on Tuesday to celebrate the wifes birthday and i think its safe to say we'll be returning.

The atmosphere is great, the staff are superb and the food is excellent.

We were told how to go about things when we were seated and asked what drinks we would like. After that it was all down to us. The meats on offer were superb, if (on occasion) a little too rare for my wife but that wasnt a problem as there was plenty on offer more to her liking.

At the end of the evening, we left, filled to bursting and 2 very happy customers.

Thank you to everyone, we will be back :)

I eat out 2-3 times every week at least, and I always try and find some place new, but this place I can’t wait to come back to! I haven’t stopped talking about it since I visited. The staff were lovely and so attentive, the price was so so cheap and the food quality was brilliant. Loved it where you could have the buffet choice as well as their was a very large variety. We will be back soon �

Food is beautiful literally best meal I’ve had this year! Help yourself to sides and salad bar and meat is brought to your table always plenty of different meats going around so there is something everyone will enjoy. Also cocktails are really nice and a decent prices as well. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
