Faversham-Hypnobirthing Description
Marcia Tillman and Julie Taylor are qualified Clinical Hypnotherapists and are passionate about bringing hypnotherapy to the childbirth process as it will not only benefit the new Mum and Dad but can be very beneficial to the newborn baby too.
Learning relaxation skills, breathing skills and visualisation skills are at the heart of their programme which is offered in three categories;
Bronze ~ A Self Hypnosis in Childbirth Booklet and MP3 recording.
Silver ~ A 3 hour small group workshop that is experiential where you can immerse yourself in learning the beneficial hypnobirthing skills and a Self Hypnosis in Childbirth Booklet and MP3 recording.
Gold ~ Three individual 1-2-1 sessions with either Marcia or Julie personnally tailoring the programme to you and your partner and a Self Hypnosis in Childbirth Booklet and MP3 recording.
