Handling your Business
To provide the highest standard of ground handling and passenger services, we have a large pool of our own ground support equipment. Each item has been carefully selected to ensure that we can handle any aircraft with superior reliability and efficiency. Our equipment includes passenger steps, pushback tugs (including a towbarless Lektro), conveyor belts, a commander loader, toilet and water servicing equipment, GPUs, passenger... vehicles, mobile luggage X-ray Unit and snow clearing equipment – giving Fayair the capability of handling a wide range of aircraft, from executive aircraft up to all sizes of wide-bodied aircraft.

Handling your Business
Taxi directly on to our private parking apron on arrival. We have the capability to park B767 aircraft on our own private apron area. Access from this apron to our on-site immigration office is just 10 metres by foot. Our state-of-the-art hangar has ample space, with the capability to park up to and including a B757.

Crew Rest
Our luxury en-suite bedrooms offer a restful solution to the hustle and bustle of hotels. All three rooms are furnished with the Starwood Hotel’s range of Heavenly® Beds, flat screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. Although primarily intended for use by the crew, the rooms are also suitable for passengers, should the need arise.

Passenger Facilities
Simple details such as a covered drop-off area and a warm welcoming smile make all the difference. With refreshments and catering on hand, you will find time spent in the lounge will exceed ordinary comfort.
Our multi-faith prayer room is set apart from the lounge,along with dedicated and sensitively designed washing facilities,offering seclusion for quiet reflection and prayer for multi-faith users.
... All the formalities of security screening are completed in private, before you are met airside by your vehicle and conveyed to your waiting aircraft.
If there are any children included in your travelling party, we can provide for their entertainment. An area of the lounge can be converted for their use and there are iPads (and other surprises!) to help the time pass quickly.

Crew Lounge You can relax in the crew lounge with a coffee, put your feet up in front of the television, or take advantage of the internet access and ample work space to finalise the finer points of your flight plan. Keep an eye on your aircraft from the luxury of the crew lounge via a CCTV monitor. You can also freshen up for the next stage of your journey in the crew washrooms, complete with hair-styling tools and make-up mirrors.

Fayair (Stansted) Ramp operatives have been awarded a plaque in recognition for completing the Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation and FlightSafety International combined Total Technical Training e-learning course on Gulfstream Ground Handling & Servicing..
All of our Ramp Operatives successfully completed the FlightSafety eLearning course for Ground Handling and Servicing of the G350 G450 G500 G550 G650 aircraft. This training further indicates our commitment to training and the safety of handling our customers aircraft which provides further confidence that your aircraft remain in the safe possession of trained personnel.
The award was presented to Danny Smith, Senior Ramp Operative from Alex Goodwins, Fayair (Jersey) Chief of Maintenance.

On our return our driver was delayed and yet we continued to receive the exact same excellent service until the driver arrived. Definitely one off the bucket list, just wish this is how I could afford to travel at all times.
