Writer must be available immediately and have ability to manage complete grant writing process, including developing a compliant outline, schedule, interviewing subject matter experts, running review teams, writing and editing. Proven success with State Department and/or USAID grant writing in the past required. Independent contractor, hourly rate to be negotiated based on experience.
