Feldman & Coltello is a Hertfordshire based cookery school. We run regular classes at Oaklands college, where they have an excellent culinary department and superb facilities. In the huge, upstairs kitchen you'll have ample workspace, and benefit from the use of first rate, professional ovens, refrigeration and all the cooking appliances you'll need to produce lovely looking and tasting dishes.

Our classes are suitable for both beginners and enthusiastic home cooks. We aim to make the classes both fun and informative. We want you to learn during your chosen class, but we also want you to be comfortable and to enjoy yourself. We'll make sure you feel at ease whether you come by yourself, or if you bring along a friend, child or partner.

Everything you make on the day is yours to either eat there and then, or to take home with you. All the equipment and ingredients you will need will be provided for you, and you'll be kept refreshed with tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks.
