When you hire from Felicity Hats in Liverpool remember we are a small business and rely on your goodwill to return the hat to us. A young lady from Widnes has failed to respond to our messages and her deposit as been refused by her bank so we now have to let down another customer who has hired for Aintree. We have had to source a replacement as we value all our customers. Thankfully this does not happen often we are approachable and understanding if an accident occurs but are disappointed that this customer has failed to contact us.

Just popped into Broadgreen shop and was served by the most attentive people that I've ever come across. I loved the black felt hat that was suggested for me to wear for Cheltenham races last March, so much so, I bought it. It went perfect with my outfit, was comfortable to wear and kept my head warm on a cold day!

Called in today with my mother in law as it is my beautiful step daughters wedding at the end of this month, from the moment we stepped into the shop we were made so welcome by the staff.
