What an understated front and location too.

I booked the table yesterday for 1200 and was told 1300 was busier, I always take statements like that with a pinch of salt yet it was so true!

Quiet start but wow did it get busier later.

Starter was black tiger in Panko with a dip. Panko is often thickly applied but this was beautifully cooked and presented and the dip was well balanced too.

The main was a cod in beer batter, again easy to over batter, but this too was perfectly presented and the fish was perfect! The only minimal criticism was the presentation of the lemon to squeeze over the fish, but such a tinny complaint.

At that juncture I utilised the toilets, beautifully clean and perfect.

Dessert was ridiculously large Eton mess which was delicious, again, if I were to criticise, the sauce was eye wateringly sweet.

Service was superbly efficient and quiet, it’s a lovely restaurant well decorated and superbly run, no wonder at 1330 when I left t was, on a Friday lunchtime, virtually full!

Well worth the outing. Looking forward to them opening a new outlet in Brentwood.

Went there last July for lunch for my BIG birthday with my family - excellent all round. Went again this week for dinner for my birthday with my family and it was fab. Food delicious, staff very attentive and enjoyed the whole experience once again. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

We went here for a meal last night and it was lovely. Yes it’s quite expensive, but for the quality of the food and excellent service o don’t mind paying that bit more. The sticky beef starter was to die for and the Lamb was lovely too. Highly recommend this place. Staff are very welcoming and attentive and food was delicious. Will be back soon.

Visited Felix last night for the first time and what an amazing surprise, food and service were exceptional, the ambience was very calm and the decor beautiful. Huge amounts of praise to our waitresses, they were attentive and very friendly without being overbearing. I’ve woken up wanting to go back quickly, I chose this restaurant as I’m a non meat eater but there was a good selection of meat dishes for the rest of our group. 5 stars isn’t actually enough for Felix xx

This place!!! The food is always absolutely delicious accompanied by a tasteful selection of champagnes and wines, and those espresso martinis are the best!!! The chef is worth his weight in gold and really has created something special. The manager, Elena, is first class and really up there with the best which speaks volumes of this top notch restaurant! Well done Felix Seafood Grill...you give Jason Atherton a run for his money.

Our fave restaurant in Billericay. My wife and I won’t go anywhere else for our precious date nights. Every single employee is professional, courteous and approachable. Elena and Debbie are superstars and always go the extra mile to make our visits perfect. We tend to go at least once a month and have never been anything but very happy with the service and food. We are going back again this week to celebrate our wedding anniversary...we wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Took my girlfriends mum for her 60th birthday, who is the fussiest eater in the world, no matter where we go, she always complains.... expect for Felix. Such a relaxing environment, amazing customer service and outstanding food. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

First trip to Felix at weekend. Could not recommend more. Staff very attentive, without any hovering. Food was fantastic! Soft shell crab, Prawns, Scallops & Monkfish, and Lobster all consumed. Never had a meal that made me smile before! Cant wait to go back.
