Femmentored

Founded in 2020 by Lou Lai & Rebecca Elcome, FemMentored is a space for women from the social impact sector to learn from each other and to share challenges and experiences, exploring big issues and everyday challenges such as handling overwhelm, diversity and leadership. We do this by hosting monthly meet-ups, by building community through our Slack group, and through our 1: 1 mentoring programme which started in May 2021.
