This was our first visit to Fernandez and what a great atmosphere inside! We were served by a trainee who was very nice and friendly! The starters were amazing we had the buffalo skewers which were brilliant! We also had the lamb chops and wings which were also very tasty! But the best starter were the Halloumi fries wow these are something special! For the mains we had the chicken platter which was amazing and perfect to share for 3 of us! Overall experience was amazing and i would totally recommend this to anyone for something different!!

I won a main each for two here which my partner & I were very grateful! We attended this afternoon - The staff were ever so friendly & helpful, especially Carlos who dealt with us for most of the meal! We were sat at a ski themed booth which set a lovely mood for us with a little privacy. We ate a 16oz tbone steak each with hallomi, sweet potato fries & chilli fries as sides - it was all faultless! I took a risk ordering medium/well when I usually have well done (just a change I fancied before visiting), in some places it was a little 'pinker' than this, however, due to the size of the steak it was completely understandable & I ate it all anyway as it was so tasty!! I would definately order it that way again� the warm cookie dough & strawberry waffle for desert were both delicious! I have already & will continue to recommend here to anyone! We cannot wait to visit again!! Thankyou for a very pleasent experience!!! �

I loved our valentines meal here, I won a Facebook competition so ended up here completely by luck but it was honestly such a lovely experience, the service was outstanding! All of the staff went above and beyond and also decorating a little booth for us. I will definitely return in the future and I have recommended so many friends � ps the sharing sundae was the best thing ever! Thanks for such a wonderful evening

Had a fantastic meal here Saturday night with my husband, we had a nacho sharing plater and before we had finished the mains were out. Great service ;) we both went for steaks that were cooked perfect ,their sweet potato fries were lovely as a side and the portions are great. We went for the lemon ice mocktails which are very refreshing. We had a little booth downstairs which is lovely decorated out as a beach hut. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Attended with my sisters and brother In laws tonight as my sister won one of your competitions the food was amazing and plentiful and although we didn’t have to pay I’m more than confident in saying I would have paid the food was delicious and the service was brilliant will definitely be back for more just maybe not as much next time haha! A great choice of meals available from a light bite to a full monty feast as well as great early bird offer £6 before 6pm. Received a warm friendly welcome and place has a great atmosphere and decor too. will be back to sample more from the menu.

The food is a little on the bland side....for my taste..but the service is excellent....they got my food wrong but very apologetic...they may not be perfect or cheap...but the staff are so lovely ...nothing is too much

Food was excellent, came out really fast, would recommend. Points to improve please put napkins on the table, you can’t serve food you use you hands to eat with and only give one napkin. Second get staff to check tables. I got fed up of having to try and catch a waiter to get a drink. Not a complaint as I will be back but would make for a better customer experience.

Very disappointed! I took my son here for a birthday treat and would not return. It took ages until the order was taken and then it took 3 attempts until I got a really hot coffee. All drinks came out then we had to ask for milkshake to be told that they don't usually bring milkshakes out until the food is delivered! We were going to have puddings too but no one came to ask about puddings or take the dirty plates away. Customer service is really slow and not attentive at all. Food was luke warm too and no one came to ask how food was. There is far better places to eat in town that are cheaper and a lot better service.

Went there today with my daughters and received the most appalling service. We ordered our meal : starters and three mains. The starters came round pretty quick but no sign of mains. After about 40 mins, we enquired and were told it would be few minutes. Waited for another 15 mins at which point we asked for the manager. The waitress then disappeared and did not return. After ten mins of nobody showing up, neither manager nor waitress, we decided to leave and demanded a refund. At this point we find 2 waitresses crouched on the floor behind the counter, so we could not see them, trying to hide away. Then one of them said she was the supervisor and was trying to call the manager who was not on site. It took them another 15 mins to process a partial refund. The place was not busy at all, just felt that it was run by a bunch of clowns who had absolutely no clue what they were doing. To hide from your customers is pretty pathetic. So we left here, pretty upset, went to GBK where meal was served in 10 mins by a waiter with excellent customer service. Go learn customer service from them. Time wasters

Ordered drinks but they never came - 3 members of staff seemed to be not doing much and no friendliness on display! We left as we knew we would wait a long time for any food. Very confusing menu.

Other tables were complaining about the service.
