Such a pleasant location, with own car parking spaces this bed and breakfast is a must to stay in. All 10 ensuite rooms are roomy and very well maintained. The team are very polite and breakfast is ample to provide any person a good start after such a comfortable sleep
The dog friendly accomodation is akin to a converted toilet block in the car park, not main building as advertised. When we asked to cancel or be moved told no move and if we cancelled we'd be charged £70. We agreed but stupidly didn't get this in writing and a further £140 was removed from our account 2 weeks later, without consent. Along with a very rude email from the owner when we asked for a refund. Lesson learnt albeit expensive - had a great time at Mortal Man though instead!! Rating no stars for Ferndale
