Festa Rustica

Festa Rustica is a small home based catering business for parties and events. My priority goes to the flavours and the use of genuine ingredients.

My name is Elena, I am Italian and I have been in England for about 19 years. I have been loving cooking and baking more and more and found that what I am good at is keeping food simple and let the ingredients sing by themselves, in particular vegetables! Just give me some good olive oil and I will transform any vegetarian meal in something yummy!
My catering venture starts on the 16th of March 2017, with catering for the Launch of the 24th Swindon Festival of Literature.
I provide spreads for parties and events, the star of which are my focaccia sandwiches. They come together with a selection of cakes and tarts, home made dips and cruditè.
My food is simple, tasty and light.
I really love sharing my experience and skills, so I run workshops to make pizza or home made pasta for adults and do this for children, an original alternative for a children's party.
