Just had a lovely evening at Fevers VIP event - amazing customer service and high quality products � got myself a gorgeous new pair of boots so I'm ready to transition into winter clothes now!!!

I went into this shop looking for a pair of boots to fit my legs (I found that all boots I had tried had a large gap round the top of the leg) not only did I find the perfect pair at a fantastic price, I also came away with a second pair (ankle boots) that I usually would never even have given a second glance. Both ladies extremely friendly and helpful...I felt comfortable here....I have no doubt that this first visit will not be my last. Thankyou for great quality and service.

I started shopping here when it first opened many years ago. The staff are so friendly and their customer service is second to none. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great shopping experience. The things they sell are on trend but also unique. I just love this shop and regard Jane and Catherine as friends....that's how they make you feel! Can't wait to pop in again soon.

I purchased Caprice trainers last week, wore them walking home from town and then wore them in Budapest for four days covering over 25 miles walking. They were fantastic, comfortable and not a single blister or plaster in sight. I also purchased a DKNY bag in the sale which is stunning. The items Fever sells are quality, I found the staff to be very pleasant. I shall be returning very soon.....

I love this shop, they sell the most beautiful and unusual jewelry. The girls that work there are so friendly and helpful and above all, the after sales service is second to none. Thank you Fever accessories I will definitely be coming there again.

Fantastic service ... When a necklace bought for me as a present last year broke last week I took it in on the off chance it could be fixed not expecting much. Jayne kindly contacted the manufacturer, phoned me back the same day and said it would be fixed or repaired I collected it today after it was replaced free of charge

Fantastic hidden gem of Braintree. I have bought three pairs of boots over the last couple of months, all of which are incredibly comfortable. However, this does not mean the style has been compromised! I get comments all the time about how beautiful my boots are, and love the fact they're not from a chain, so not everyone has them. Support your local businesses, Fever Accessories is a fabulous little shop with amazing staff always on hand to help. Looking forward to more purchases!!!!

Bought some gorgeous boots here today. Sales staff are really lovely. I wanted to buy more!

I love the things they sell but I find the staff are far too pushy. It puts me off going in there as they don’t leave you alone to just look.

Bought the beautiful single wing necklace, very pleased with the item, however the sales assistant was far too pushy! I wasn't interested in the earrings, bracelet or rings which she insisted on pointing out to me. Put's me off going in there to be honest. Nobody likes a pushy sales assistant!

Would never step foot in this shop again, all ok until you need to return something, take my advice go else where terrible customer service.

This shop sells high end products but does NOT OFFER REFUNDS only exchange? Keep your money in your pockets, terrible service in 2016. It's not even clearly advertised in the shop because if it was no one would shop there

Really poor quality boots and poor customer service my boots have split at the seem after five weeks and they wouldn't do anything about it and I paid £130 for them!!!

Paid £120 for shoes and was given the wrong size despite passing back the pair I had just tried on and wanted to buy. I contacted Fever Accessories immediately via Facebook and phone (as no response) to ask they hold back the correct size for me to rectify their mistake but they ignored my requests and did not even apologise for the mistake! I would never shop here again.

I was a good customer for many years.. Vowed never to step foot back after such poor customer service after returning two faulty purchases...Now buy all my treats on line elsewhere....
