We visited Cromer recently and found Johns centre.

As we are booked in to do 3 mud runs over the next few weeks weeks we were keen to do some training even on holiday.

John made us feel at ease and so welcome immediately even though we were casual visitors. We done a circuit training class and kettle weight class and thoroughly enjoyed both sessions. In our opinion John is a first class trainer and motivator.

Next time were in Cromer we will be booking our classes with John in advance.
