Failed to order in what I paid for & didn't tell me until after the delivery date.

Went there today to re kit my staff with updated tools (Carpenters). What a waste of time. Shelves poorly stocked. Nothing priced up. We used to spend thousands now they are just a glorified builders merchants.

A fantastic supplier of tools and other stuff. I have used them to buy power tools and countless hand tools. They always arrived​ within a day or so on standard delivery. Usually the best price on the internet with free shipping too. I did have a problem with faulty goods a couple of times, I sent them an email with a photograph and they sent me a replacement immediately. They even let me keep the original faulty but still somewhat useful stuff!

I always recommend FFX when buying tools comes up in conversation. They might even have a few extra customers because of me 😉

agree with the other reviews dont buy frrom this company beware there are no good they will never answer there calls and theres no way of getting my monies back

Terrible company. Was good a few years ago but rapidly going downhill. Paid for 10 lengths of timber, go to collect at the top of the yard. "Only got 7 mate, have to get a refund" Yard scum don't give a monkeys about helping. Don't waste your time !
