Dissapointed. Total waste of time. I went on friday to leave my watch for battery replacement. They created an account for me and told me that it will be ready on monday. On monday i called the store to see if its ready to collect as on the next day I am on wedding and planned to be with my watch. Did not happen. I had to find for myself that it cannot be done, they didnt call me to tell me or to inform me and had to take it myself. So 3days total waste of time waiting. Seems to me that they thought "oh whatever, he will come to collect it and then we will tell him that it cannot be done"
