The customer service I've had in here has been pretty bloody terrible over the years. Every time I have wanted something I have been put off. Today I tried a ring on and the women literally snatched it off me. Very unfriendly. For a sales person some enthusiasm about the item you're selling helps a lot. Let alone service with a smile. Really unsure about my purchase now 🤔😩

This is a very good Jewellers with a good range at reasonable prices and friendly helpful staff. Their Free watch battery for life is also worth looking at, you just pay once and then free for the life of the watch.
