F.Hinds The Jewellers

Ordered a engagement ring on Tuesday. They had to phone out of area supplier for size I needed and two left in stock. Was told I'd probably receive ring in a week but it arrived the following day.

The in shop service was great even though the staff were juggling a number of customers at a busy period.

Good quality purchase with the ring I got for my partner. Definitely recommend F Hinds for quality jewellery and service.

I have just been into HINDS jewellers.I bought a pair of gold earing for my daughter she was with me, for her christmas present.I paid for them,as i waited for them to be put into a bag they were shoved toward me across the counter,not in a small bag,just as they were in a small box.I ask for them to be put in a small bag as i did not want to just throw them in the bottom of my bag.I was told i had to pay £1-99 the manager told me if i didnt like it SEE MY M.P.about it .I Could not believe the attitude of the whole staff.I ask for a refund and will never go into this shop again..I went to H.SAMUEL just down the road and was treated so well by the staff there,i bought two pairs of earings, and guess what, they put them into lovely gift bags.I recomend you shop in H.SAMUEL

I came in to buy a watch and wedding ring and was totally ignored by the two female members of staff whilst they carried on their conversation over a cup of coffee. They stared straight at me several times but made no attempt to even say " be with you in a minute". As it happened they did me a huge favour as I then went to H Samuel over the road where the service was excellent and I bought the watch and wedding ring I had gone into F Hinds for and was very pleased with them. Needless to say I will never go to F Hinds for anything again and have been telling everyone I know about my experience as well as sharing on facebook.
